Montas Abnahme App: Legally compliant acceptance of installation work

Was that small scratch already there or not? What needs to be reordered to fix a problem? When a new kitchen is installed, for example, there are usually a few small things that need correcting afterwards – and noting everything down by hand is a nightmare. That is why we built the Abnahme App (acceptance app) for the company Montas.

Create a profile and get started: a new order is created for each job, so it is clear which report belongs to which customer. In the installation report, the relevant areas are photographed and annotated with descriptions – this documents the status in a legally compliant way, and defects that customers rightly point out are clearly recorded so that their rectification can be reliably planned. At the end, everything is clearly recorded and documented, and the customer can carry out the acceptance.
